Mileage from officials home rink will be paid out at $0.45/km when required to travel (Lumsden to / from Bethune is $27)

It is expected that officials will car pool when required to travel to same game.

For Exhibition games, please enter the game into goalline (as a Game not an Exhibition Game) and note that it is an exhibition game in the notes section.  LBMHA Officials Coordinator will book officials and communicate amounts owing.  Team will then pay above rates and mileage.

For League and Playoff games make sure games are entered as a game in Goalline, no notes necessary, and LBMHA Coordinator will book and pay officials accordingly.  Please avoid small time changes or mistakes in Goalline as this often leads to a cancelled game (which automatically cancels all officials) and having to rebook officials (hopefully if caught on time, sometimes it means no officials).

For Tournaments, Teams / Managers are responsible to book their own officials which is best done by making a copy and filling out this Google Doc (Click Here) sending the link to the LBMHA Coordinator to email out to the appropriate officials.  Tournament organizers must use an appropriate number of officials based on the chart above (or here if using 3 man system: https://hockeysask.ca/officials/resources/officiating---officials-rates) and may only reduce pay for reduced game lengths (from HockeySask Website: *Game fees may be prorated for SHA sanctioned tournament games based on hourly rates.
